Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee service delivery and ensure continuity of care while supporting the professional growth of teams. You will supervise clinical staff, maintain standards, and coordinate across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
