Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure/certification requirements and ethical standards.
