Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants welcome. Responsibilities include coordinating program implementation, collaborating with regional teams, and maintaining documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• BCaBA or higher certification is preferred or required.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units and one year in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
