Job summary

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include program oversight, interregional coordination, staffing support, and maintaining compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
