PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and drive professional growth for teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis is required.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred or required depending on location.
• Active state licensure or eligibility noted for supervisory ABA roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
