Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team development. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with state-specific credentials as needed for service locations.

You will manage scheduling, document compliance, mentor supervisees, and uphold ethical and clinical standards, contributing to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
