Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards aligned with licensure and certification requirements.
