Job summary

PBS Corp. in California seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development. You will lead regional teams and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold active licensure with BCaBA or higher, a BA/BS with ABA coursework, and supervision experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree, 12 ABA units, and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and state regulation compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
