This role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, a Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervising ABA work. You will coordinate with regional teams and mentor staff while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
