Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of insurance verification in the medical field.
• Experience building rapport with patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations.
• Gather intake documents and ensure paperwork is current.
• Serve as liaison between staff and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurers.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
