Qualifications

• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.

Responsibilities

• Research and verify insurance benefits and payer requirements.
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities clearly.
• Update billing system with verified insurance information.
• Assist admissions and patient accounting teams as needed.
• Explain estimated out-of-pocket costs to patients and arrange payment plans.
