What We Do

Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral support for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism. All early intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment (home and preschool), individualized to meet each child's and family's specific needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be ready to join our growing team providing high-quality care. This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding team using best practice interventions in early Autism treatment.

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions utilizing ABA Therapy.
  2. Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with children and families in natural settings (home/preschool).
  3. Support and model NDBI strategies and techniques to caregivers and teachers during routines.
  4. Collect and organize data to inform decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree or pursuing in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
  • At least 1 year working directly with children aged 0-6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Knowledge of child development and developmental delays
  • Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality intervention with young children with Autism
