What We Do

Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team providing developmental and behavioral support for children with Autism. Our services are delivered in natural environments like homes and preschools, emphasizing developmentally-appropriate skills, parent coaching, and family involvement.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and organized support staff for our Enrichment Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be proactive in supporting daily operations within the center. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team implementing best practices in early Autism intervention.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Lead Enrichment Behavior Therapist to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare materials and activities to support Behavior Therapists and BCBA.
  • Anticipate the needs of providers to support children effectively.
  • Manage inventory and support ordering of supplies and snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Implement ABA-NDBI therapy in natural settings, addressing individualized goals.
  • Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA.
  • Collect and organize data to inform decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma (Required).
  • Bachelor's in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with young children with Autism.
  • Knowledge of child development and developmental delays.
  • Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for high-quality intervention with young children.
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 8:45am-1:45pm.
