Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be ready to join our growing team providing high-quality, effective care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA
• Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy in natural environments like home and preschool
• Support and model NDBI strategies to caregivers and teachers during routines
• Collect and organize data to inform decisions

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree or pursuing one in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
• Experience working with children aged 0-6 diagnosed with Autism or developmental delays
• Knowledge of child development and delays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for high-quality intervention for children with Autism
