Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral support available for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism. All early intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment (home and preschool) and are tailored to meet each child and family's specific needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced and rapidly growing team utilizing best practice intervention in early Autism treatment today!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy.
• Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family in natural settings.
• Support and model NDBI strategies and techniques to caregivers/teachers.
• Collect and organize data to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree or pursuing it in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism.
• Experience working with children ages 0-6.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmental delays.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality intervention.
