Elevated Kids provides family-focused, collaborative early intervention services for children with Autism, delivered in natural environments like home and preschool, with a focus on parent involvement and developmentally appropriate skills.

Job Description
We seek a creative, energetic ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and play-based teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience with developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be eager to join our growing team providing high-quality, effective care.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA therapy.
2. Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy in natural settings, addressing individualized goals.
3. Support and model NDBI strategies to caregivers and teachers during routines.
4. Collect and organize data to inform decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree or current pursuit in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
• At least 1 year experience with ABA therapy objectives
• At least 1 year working directly with children aged 0-6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Knowledge of child development and delays
• Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for high-quality intervention for children with Autism and delays
