Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company that specializes in a natural, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This evidence-based approach to ABA is called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and is considered best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism, combining principles of ABA and developmental science to support a range of areas in child development, with the hallmark of the intervention focused on parent coaching. What We Do

Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral support available for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism. Research shows that the best practice for ABA therapy with young children is therapy designed to be implemented in the child's natural setting and consisting of targeting developmentally-appropriate skills with a strong component of parent coaching and family involvement. At Elevated Kids, all early intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment setting (including home and preschool) and individualized to meet the specific needs of each child and family.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and organized support staff within our Enrichment Center who is detail-oriented and eager to ensure smooth daily operations within the center. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, as well as be able to anticipate the ongoing daily needs within the center. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced and rapidly growing team utilizing best practice intervention in the world of early Autism treatment today!

General Responsibilities

The Enrichment Center Support Staff will be responsible for working closely with the Lead Enrichment Behavior Therapist to ensure smooth daily operations within the center

Prepare materials and activities throughout sessions to support the direct Behavior Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Anticipate the needs of the providers within the center to best support the children

Be responsible for inventory and support ordering of necessary materials, snacks, and other items

Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensuring toys, play areas, and other facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe

Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in child’s natural environment setting, home/preschool

Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by BCBA

Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred)

Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays

Experience working with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Passion to implement high quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool-age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:45am-1:45pm
