Job Description

We seek a creative, energetic ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and play-based teaching. The ideal candidate has experience with early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and is eager to join our growing team providing high-quality, effective care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA Therapy.
• Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy in natural environments to meet individualized goals.
• Follow treatment plans and support caregivers/teachers with NDBI strategies.
• Collect and organize data to inform decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required).
• Master's Degree or pursuing one in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related (Preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in ABA therapy and working with young children with Autism.
• Knowledge of child development and delays.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality intervention for children with Autism and delays.
