Job summary
Rise Inc. is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings. You will implement plan-directed treatment to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote adaptive behaviors.
You will document progress, coordinate with the treatment team, and participate in supervision regularly. A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and relevant supervised experience are required, with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with 24 upper-division credits in human services
- Verifiable 1,040 hours paid, supervised experience with 0–21 year olds with developmental disability
- RBT training in ABA or HI certification provided by RISE
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one on one intervention to a child or adolescent.
- Daily documentation on progress toward goals.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
- Complete required annual training requirements.
