Job summary

CAPITOL REGION EDUCATION COUNCIL (CREC) seeks an ABA Instructor Tier 3 at River Street School in Windsor to support 1:1 and small group instruction under teacher direction. The role focuses on applying ABA principles, implementing BIPs, collecting data, and coordinating with the classroom team to meet student goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, RBT, and at least three years’ experience in ABA with autism or disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and RBT or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in ABA program with individuals with autism/disabilities.
• Satisfactory performance evaluations required for achieving and maintaining this Level.
• RBT supervision provided as available; BCBA supervision hours provided as available.

Responsibilities

• Support 1:1 and small group instruction under teacher direction.
• Implement academic and behavioral programming.
• Maintain data collection and input into designated systems.
• Assist with daily living skills as needed.
• Plan and deliver activities with teacher input.
• Provide on-the-spot training to float staff.
• Attend team meetings and clinical reviews.
• Model professional communication.
