Job summary

CAPITOL REGION EDUCATION COUNCIL (CREC) seeks a qualified BCBA to develop, train, and monitor individualized behavioral programs for students at River Street School in Windsor. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices for learners with autism and developmental disorders, under supervision of the Clinical Team Leader or Director.

The BCBA will design assessments, write goals, monitor data trends, and train staff to implement interventions with fidelity, ensuring alignment with CT regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and CT licensure required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disorders.
• Ability to conduct FBA and manage behavioral intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and analyses.
• Develop and monitor data collection systems and progress reports.
• Train staff in evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Provide training to RBTs and trainees in ABA programs.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and ethical guidelines.
• Oversee progress for individual student behavioral plans.
