Birchtree is seeking a dedicated Clinical Instructor to work one-to-one with students with autism in a day school setting, under BCBAs and Clinical Specialists. You will implement ABA strategies and deliver curriculum to support student progress.

Previous experience is not required; candidates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits for a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is the minimum education.
• Some college or college degree is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and be physically capable.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Passion for working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum and ABA strategies one-to-one with students.
• Work under supervision of BCBAs and Clinical Specialists.
• Help students reach their potential at school, in the community, and at home.
