Job summary

Holding Hands Inc. is seeking a Program Scheduler in Burbank, CA. This part-time role focuses on creating and maintaining client and staff schedules within a fast-paced healthcare environment, with emphasis on ABA, Floortime/DIR, and mental health services.

You will manage day-to-day changes, onboarding schedules, and shadowing rotations, while collaborating with the Office Manager and coordinating with clinicians and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of scheduling or administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or similar field preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Ability to operate resourcefully, independently and with urgency.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Experience/understanding of ABA, Floortime/DIR, and mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain permanent schedules for clients and clinical staff.
• Manage day-to-day changes including client and staff cancellations.
• Ensure onboarding schedules are created one week before start.
• Create and disseminate new hire shadowing schedules.
• Review scheduling expectations for new hires.
• Maximize client and staff schedules based on reports.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate scheduling changes with stakeholders.
• Maintain scheduling records and EHR status.
• Audit scheduling errors and labor law compliance.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
