Job summary

Holding Hands OpCo LLC is seeking a Program Scheduler in Whittier, CA. In this vital role, you'll create and manage schedules for clients while supporting clinical staff and ensuring service quality in our dynamic environment.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years of scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare, along with a relevant degree. We are committed to providing excellent services, and you’ll play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in scheduling or administrative role.
• Mission-driven and focused to support clinical quality.
• Experience and understanding of the ABA, Floortime/DIR, and mental healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain permanent schedules for clients and clinical staff.
• Manage day-to-day changes including client and staff cancellations.
• Ensure schedules for new clients and new hires are created one week before onboarding.
