Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join our center-based pediatric therapy teams in Ohio. You will work under the guidance of an experienced BCBA, share a caseload, and participate in a structured training sequence through three phases to accelerate client progress.

The role focuses on hands-on programming, assessments, materials creation, and collaborative practice with families, while advancing toward BCBA licensure.

Qualifications

• Currently in supervision or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (min 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Create materials for learners on caseload.
• Maintain and organize therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Support integrity checks and train BTs on new programming.
• Complete monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and assist with material preparation.
• Update charts and data sheets following a shared consult.
