BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services seeks an Assistant Clinical Supervisor to help lead the ABA Therapy Department and support BCBA and BT/RBT staff. The role emphasizes data-driven care, clinical documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assisting the Clinical Supervisor, supervising procedures, onboarding BCBAs, and ensuring staffing coverage. Hybrid work with some remote flexibility is offered, along with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BACB certification required; active licensure as applicable.
• Minimum two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor in enforcing ABA standards.
• Supervise clinical procedures and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to support clients.
