Job summary

Autism Learning Partners, the nation's largest female clinician-led ABA agency, seeks a clinician supervisor in San Jose, CA. You’ll supervise client programs, mentor technicians, and support families while advancing toward BCBA certification.

The role offers $34–$38 per hour base, a substantial bonus potential, flexible scheduling, onboarding with 60+ hours of training, CEUs, and a path to an 80k+ base salary via the BCBA pathway within about two years.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with eligible BCBA pathway.
• Enrolled in BCBA program or pursuing hours for certification.
• Experience supervising clinical programs under BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and conduct assessments.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Deliver timely progress reports and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours and prescriptions.
• Provide coaching and clinical support to families and staff.
