A leading ABA service provider in the Elk Grove and Stockton area is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to ensure high-quality ABA services and supervise staff. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $40 to $65 per hour, flexible scheduling with work-from-home options, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates must possess an active BCBA certification and at least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision. Formación

• 2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff.
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.

Conocimientos

Active BCBA certification

Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)

Educación

Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
