Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Clinical Supervisor Interns to support client programs in natural settings, under BCBA supervision.

The role focuses on developing individualized ABA programs for clients ages 14 months and older, training staff and parents, and supervising treatment plan implementation. The position involves data collection, caregiver collaboration, and adherence to medical necessity under the BCBA's direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA/BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting.
• Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
• Under the direction of the BCBA, assists in administering assessments and implementation of client treatment plans, visits with caregivers to review progress and provide parent education.
• Ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all goals.
• Participates in group supervision twice per month and completes assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership by participating in company activities such as interviewing potential hires and trainings quarterly.
