Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Clinical Supervisor Interns to contribute to individualized ABA programs for clients under supervision. You will train and provide feedback to behavior technicians and parents, ensuring treatment plans are implemented correctly in natural settings.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and are enrolled in a BCaBA/BCBA program, with experience applying ABA techniques to ASD and related developmental disabilities, in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technicians.
