Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. in California seeks Clinical Supervisor Interns to support development and supervision of ABA programs for clients ages 14 months and up, in natural settings, under BCBA direction.

The role emphasizes training behavior technicians and parents, supervising treatment plan implementation, data collection, caregiver meetings, and participation in group supervision. A supportive team culture and leadership opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to ABA.
• Enrollment in BCaBA/BCBA program.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with children with ASD.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
• Under BCBA direction, ensure client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintain data collection on goals.
• Participate in group supervision and complete required assignments.
