Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA/related field; BCBA or clinical license.
• 3+ years BCBA supervision; 5+ years preferred.
• 5+ years experience with ASD.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely assessments in clinic, home, community, or telehealth.
• Uses evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transitions clients to treatment team and monitors hours in first authorization period.
• Supports VP of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with trainings.
• Reviews treatment overview with family; keeps care team updated on assessment status.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment report using approved templates.
• Stays informed of ABA assessment techniques via ongoing trainings.
• Reviews quarterly regional outcomes and collaborates on clinical strategy elevation.
• Assists Clinical Director with challenging cases to improve outcomes.
