Job summary

ACES is rapidly growing and seeks an experienced Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation, to evaluate clients for ABA services and lead initial intake meetings via in-person or telehealth. You will set long-term objectives with families and guide the treatment initiation process.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field with BCBA certification or license and 3+ years of BCBA supervision experience, with opportunities for sign-on and relocation incentives based on location and

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification or license.
• 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate assessments in clinic, home, community or telehealth.
• Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transitions clients from intake to treatment team and monitors hours during first authorization.
• Supports Training and Assessment teams with ongoing trainings.
• Reviews treatment overview with families and keeps care team updated on assessment status.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment reports using templates.
• Keeps informed on assessment methods through ongoing trainings.
• Reviews regional quarterly outcomes and collaborates on clinical strategy elevation.
• Supports Clinical Director with challenging cases to improve outcomes.
