Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field; BCBA certification or license.
- 3+ years (5+ preferred) of BCBA clinical supervision.
- 5+ years experience with ASD or other special needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provides timely, accurate assessments in clinic, home, community, or telehealth.
- Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques and transitions clients to the treatment team.
- Prepares and submits final ABA assessment reports using approved templates.
- Stays informed of ABA assessment techniques and attends trainings.
- Reviews quarterly outcome data and supports clinical strategy elevation.
