Job summary

ACES is seeking a Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation to conduct ABA assessments and lead intake meetings for clients across home, school, and community settings. This role identifies long-term client objectives and initiates treatment plans with families.

The incumbent will supervise staff, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure accurate assessment reporting, leveraging ongoing trainings to elevate care quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, psychology, education or related field and BCBA certification or license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• 5+ years’ experience with ASD or other special needs and related trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate assessments in clinic, home, community, or via telehealth.
• Use evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transition clients from intake to treatment team and monitor hours first authorization period.
• Assist VP of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with trainings.
• Review treatment overview with families and update care team on assessment status.
• Prepare and submit final ABA assessment reports using templates.
• Stay informed on ABA assessment techniques through trainings.
• Review regional quarterly outcomes and support clinical strategy improvements.
• Support challenging cases to improve outcomes.
