Key Autism Services in Southborough, MA seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations, partnering with Clinical leadership to deliver high-quality ABA services. This role emphasizes coordinating staffing, scheduling, facilities, and client experiences within a compliant, patient-centered framework.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, childcare, or a related operational environment preferred.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating people, programs, facilities, or daily operations.
• Experience working in an ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees, families, vendors, community partners, and leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions of the clinic to ensure a safe, organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Partner with the Clinical Director to support clinic capacity, staffing, scheduling, and operational needs.
• Monitor daily clinic operations, identify barriers, and proactively implement solutions.
• Coordinate daily schedule changes related to client cancellations, staff availability, holidays, and other operational needs.
• Support efficient utilization of clinic space, staffing resources, and client schedules.
• Prepare and communicate operational updates, reports, and KPIs to leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to clinic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
