ABA Centers of America is seeking a Director of Operations in Braintree, MA to lead daily clinic operations and drive scalable growth across our autism care network. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven process improvement, and strong financial stewardship to support high-quality client care.

You will supervise clinical teams, ensure compliance with licensing and documentation standards, and partner with leadership to optimize growth strategies while maintaining a focus

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and proper documentation.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with company mission and values.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
• Lead a high-performance clinical team and act as client-care liaison.
• Ensure proper training and timely documentation; ensure compliance with accrediting bodies.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial controls; manage safety for staff and clients.
• Maintain regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and coordinate crisis intervention with clinical team.
