Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking an Operations Manager in Raleigh, NC to supervise clinic operations and staff, ensure efficient service delivery, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams. The role includes overseeing scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining a compliant, supportive environment for clients and staff.

You will track KPIs, generate management reports, and mentor administrative and clinical staff while ensuring patient satisfaction and financial health of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• RBT or BCaBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
• Schedule staff and clients within fixed and flexible blocks.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard local staff as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Clinic Manager and BCBA’s.
• Manage employee and client relations within the center.
• Monitor financial health using KPIs and manage billing targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming facility.
• Open and close the clinic each day and supervise staff.
• Mentor staff with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Prepare management reports (P&L, turnover, accruals, etc.).
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Intake, and Admissions when needed.
• Support RBTs with materials and location setup for programs.
