Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support the operations of our ABA clinics in Vestavia Hills, AL. This role involves coordinating care, managing schedules, and maintaining records under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least 2 years in an operations or coordination role, preferably in healthcare or ABA settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role, ideally in healthcare/ABA.
• Knowledge of ABA or experience in autism services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating care.
• Facilitate communication with parents and families about services and updates.
• Support Operations Manager with records and reports for forecasting.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for sessions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to keep supplies stocked.
• Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates.
• Perform other duties to support clinic growth as assigned by Operations Manager.
