Job summary

Golden Steps ABA seeks a Clinic Manager to lead center operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for families and a high-performing team. You will oversee scheduling, training, and compliance, while coordinating with the BT Recruiting Department to align staffing with client needs.

The role requires 2+ years in office management or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Registered Behavior Technician Certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and center management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families, assisting with intake and ongoing communication.
• Maintain an orderly, compliant center and coordinate scheduling, supplies, and maintenance.
• Oversee payroll and billing accuracy, and ensure adherence to center policies and BHCOE standards.
• Coordinate training and compliance, and support BT recruitment and onboarding.
