Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Lead Administrator for its Wichita facility. This full-time role supports the Site Manager and Chief Technologist to run daily operations and maximize patient care quality.

The position emphasizes staff coordination, regulatory compliance, and service line performance across the site. The successful candidate will lead staffing, process improvements, and cost controls, while ensuring timely billing and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Clinical management/operations experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytics and performance management experience.
• Local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of site(s) and service lines.
• Partner with Site Manager and Chief Technologist to optimize staffing and budgeting.
• Ensure quality standards, patient satisfaction, and cost control.
• Coordinate training, hiring, payroll, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Communicate center performance and coordinate maintenance and billing.
