Aluma Care KS is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily clinical operations at our Wichita, KS clinic. The role includes supervising BCBAs and BTs/RBTs, maintaining a client caseload as a BCBA, and ensuring a positive therapeutic environment.

You will report to the Clinical Director and collaborate with the Clinic Manager on scheduling and operations. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA, a current BCBA credential, and a Kansas LBA license, with 2+ years of supervisory BCBA experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing with BACB.
• LBA license in Kansas required.
• 2+ years supervisory BCBA experience preferred.
• On-site 8 am–5 pm (hours may vary by site).
• CPR/FA certification and SafetyCare certification as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for BCBAs and BTs/RBTs.
• Lead clinical review meetings and guide data-based decision-making for client programming.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on service provision, hours, progress, and support needs.
• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 billable hours/week for programming, supervision, and coordination.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support scheduling, property maintenance, and operations.
• Attend regular progress report meetings with the Clinical Director.
