United Allergy Services in Kansas City, MO seeks an Account Manager to establish rapport with providers and ensure UAS operations run at optimal levels within clinics. You will address provider concerns including customer service, billing inquiries and general questions.

You will lead clinic operations, drive productivity and revenue, manage CAS cases, coordinate staffing and training, and communicate process changes to physicians and staff in collaboration with ROD and Operations Leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Establish rapport with providers and ensure UAS clinic operations run at optimal levels; address provider concerns including customer service, billing inquiries and general questions.
• Lead all clinic operations with regular visits to staff and providers; identify challenges and assist in overcoming them.
• Implement and meet strategic goals for clinic productivity and revenue; report results to leadership.
• Manage and close CAS cases; respond to escalated cases promptly; identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Identify clinics that could benefit from process improvement engagements; conduct LIFT engagements to optimize clinic workflows.
• Ensure timely action on items from business reviews and coordinate with ROD.
• Provide coverage for clinics and supervise assigned UAS labs; manage timecards and PTO.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing of CAS; train and onboard new hires; manage first 90-day process.
• Communicate changes to physicians, clinic contacts and CAS staff as directed; support high-quality implementations.
• Attend physician orientations for new clinics; partner with Sales to ensure successful implementations; foster strong physician relationships.
• Lead staff development, provide coaching and feedback, and align with HR on performance issues and training.
• Promote safe and healthy work environment and uphold company policies and values.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
