Job summary

ADVANCE KIDS GROUP is looking for a Paraprofessional / Behavioral Instructional Assistant to provide individualized academic instruction and behavioral support in a supportive ranch-school environment.

This role includes responsibilities from classroom instruction to monitoring student progress, all aimed at fostering growth and independence for students with autism.

The position offers a starting pay of $19.00/hour and benefits such as paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass criminal background check and provide necessary medical documentation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced classroom environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA-based academic instruction.
• Implement lesson plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and record student progress using designated data systems.
