Job summary

Advance Kids, Inc. is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support high school students diagnosed with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis. You will provide one-on-one instruction and help implement curriculum under supervision.

You will collaborate with classroom teachers to develop goal-oriented activities, monitor student progress, and document data accurately on designated sheets. Implement behavior intervention plans as specified by the teacher and behavior consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis principles with individuals.
• Punctual and professional in sessions and meetings.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow chain of command.
• Willingness to communicate with staff and supervisors.
• Physical ability to assist students as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction and behavior modification for high school students.

• Support safe transitions and manage elopement risks.
