Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or Healthcare preferred.
• 1-2 years medical/therapy/administrative scheduling experience required.
• 3-5 years experience preferred.
• Prior Practice Managers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Involved in day-to-day management including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
• Recruitment and staffing coordination for center operations.
• Maintain master schedule and staff allocation per insurer hours.
• Assist HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as liaison.
• Produce reports and manage records across departments.
