Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead center operations and support HR, clinical and administrative functions. You will oversee day-to-day staff, scheduling, recruitment, and service delivery while maintaining accurate case records and coordinating with insurers on staffing hours.

The role requires building processes, providing reliable information to staff and management, and acting as the primary liaison between administrative and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 5 years of management experience in a professional environment (medical/behavioral health or related).
• Experience building and retaining customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations including staff and services management.
• Handle recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Produce reporting and manage administrative tasks to support operations.
• Maintain accurate staffing and service delivery records for each case.
• Assist in master schedule creation and ensure clinical staffing aligns with insurer hours.
