Children’s Specialized ABA in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Center Administrator to oversee daily operations of the ABA clinic and support BTs and RBTs on a hands-on, day-to-day basis.

You will lead staff onboarding, coaching, and training; coordinate with intake on capacity; manage schedules, family communication, and on-site safety; and ensure policy compliance. This full-time, on-site role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an ABA clinic.
• Reliable schedule and dependable transportation access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ABA clinic.
• Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment; ensure organized, clean spaces.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and staff training.
• Coordinate with intake regarding capacity and scheduling.
• Provide staff coaching, supervision, and management; handle staff/family complaints.
• Coordinate related services (Speech and OT) and tour families to explain program benefits.
• Approve PTO and ensure policy compliance; communicate with parents and staff; gather feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
