Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children with autism. You will mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with each child and family.

This full-time role offers opportunities to collaborate with the Center Administrator and contribute to our expansion across New Jersey as we advance care and outcomes for children served.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and LBA in Maryland.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership of ABA programming.
• Oversee development and fidelity of ABA programming.
• Review clinical data to drive improvement.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs through observation and coaching.
• Guide onboarding and development for new clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and promote learning.
• Ensure BACB supervision and ethical standards compliance.
• Partner with families to create individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
