Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Center Administrator to supervise center staff and support BTs and RBTs daily. You will manage operations, onboarding, scheduling, and interactions with families, ensuring a high-energy, organized environment.

The role emphasizes leadership and coordination within an ABA clinic setting in Union City, NJ. You will oversee onboarding, staff development, PTO approvals, and cross‑functional coordination with Speech and OT services, while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in an ABA Clinic.
• Must have 2+ years leadership experience.
• Reliability—ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Access to reliable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ABA clinic operations and create a positive work environment.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and staff training.
• Coordinate with intake on capacity and scheduling.
• Coach and supervise staff; manage staff and family complaints.
• Coordinate related services (Speech and OT) and conduct family tours.
• Manage scheduling, call outs, and substitutes; oversee PTO approvals.
